Please follow along the steps to register for American Heritage Girls.

1. Email ahgstb@gmail.com and let us know you would like to join.  
2. Please read AHG OH0516 General Parent Information for 2020-2021.  This outlines cost, meeting times, parent expectations, where to buy uniforms, etc.    
3. You will receive a link from AHG Connect to register your daughter.  Complete this online registration.  *Do NOT pay online - choose "defer payment to troop".  
4. You will receive another link from AHG Connect to register one (or more) adult member(s).  Complete this membership application.  
5. Complete KEYS Training (required online safety training) via the AHG Equip app.  This can be done on a smartphone or computer.  To download this app, click HERE.  
6. Complete Protecting God's Children if you have not already.  To be involved in any Diocesan activity which involves working with children, all adults must complete this class.  To attend troop activities you must complete this class.
7. Set up a Troop Track (TT) account.  TT is our online troop management system for communication and payment of all fees.  You will receive an email from "Troop Track Notifier".  The troop treasurer will "debit" your TT money account so that you know exactly how much you owe.  To pay for all registration fees, follow along with the steps in "How to Add Money to Mom's Money Account".   
8. Complete all medical form and volunteer forms.   Then print and give to Tria Shadeed at the next Troop Meeting 
   1. Part A (Health and Medical Form) - one for each registered girl and registered adult
   2. Part B (Diocesan Covid Waver) - one per family, list all names at bottom
   3. Part C (High Adventure Form)  - Needed IF girls and adults will ever participate in activities like canoeing, horseback riding. Needs signed by health professional.
   4. St. Brendan Parish Volunteer Information Form - one per registered adult

10. Once you are registered, fees are paid and forms are completed you and your daughter can participate in troop meetings and activities.
